I am not worried about money for tickets because I am buying that ahead of time online but how much money should I bring for just myself because I am meeting other people there so. And how much would you suggest for other misc needs there like the imax theater or whatever else extra we might do.

We have veterans that are homeless and children that have to live on the streets to survive and the government is worried about sending money overseas to support the people that came over here and killed so many.

dpcable1 asked: Hello, I met an amazing 30 year old RN… a dream come true for me, and I haven’t felt this chemistry since 2001 when I met my ex girlfriend (we have been broken up since 05). Ive dated, and Ive liked women but the chemistry wasn’t completely there. Our connection is amazing. The only problem that I am agonizing over is money. As an RN I know she makes quite a bit of money, and, although she is most definitely NOT looking for a man to support her financially, she would, however, feel better having someone that makes around what she brings in. I am not there yet, and I am fixated on becoming an airline pilot, which, in about 2 years could afford me a hefty salary, but once I complete my training, my first year salary will be ~30,000 a year (but it goes up fast).
Even though we just met, should I forget about this stuff and just let our relationship flourish or should I sit down and tell her that Im glad I met her, “but if you really like me, you’ll stand by me while I do what I have to do…” I would love some advice from women of a few different age groups… How should I handle this!!!
Thanks,
Dave

I have a job, but the hours are horrible and I make horrible money. I live in CA where it is really expensive and I’m barley scraping by (financially). I see a lot of “work at home” ads that promise you make a lot of money, but I’m worried they are all scams. Has anyone ever tried any of these or know anyone who has tried any of them? Any good ones out there or are they all crappy scams?

The money is rolling in. My bank account says I have plenty of cash and my job pays well. Nice new car. Nice home. More food than one can eat. So where is the problem? All my friends have money and good jobs.

I am always worried about money, and what I spend it on, bills, etc. However, I have a fairly healthy savings account, make great money, improving credit score, growing 401k, and after all bills are paid each month, which mainly just consists of rent, car payment, insurance, and timeshare, utilities, and cell phone, I still have over 2000 dollars left to spend/save. I am single, and have no children, I am 30. But I am still constantly worried about money, to the point where I get headaches, depression, and anxiety problems over the subject. I work out everyday, and I also golf on a regular basis to keep occupied, and I do travel, which can be big financial burdens, but I pay cash for trips so I dont think its that bad. Should I seek help? The only reason I dont is becuase, I hear of other peoples stories, that make mine pale in comparison, but its still very stressful for me. What can I do?

thoovy asked: For those people who have been through college, and sometimes felt lost, had to take out loans, get a job – is it worth stressing so much?
I am looking to go into grad school. I have a 3.825 GPA, so I believe I can get scholarships – but I have 40,000 already in loans to pay back.
I don’t come from a rich family, and tuition increases while scholarships do not. So I have to take out more each year.
Should I allow money to control my decisions, or do what makes me happy?

My husband and I had been living pay check to pay check for a long time. Now he makes enough that we don’t have to worry about money any more, but that doesn’t mean that I can spend as much as I want on whatever. How can I keep my spending habits undercontrol? I’m having a very hard time telling myself when enough is enough.
I HAVE A JOB!!!!! My husband is just the bread winner!

Would like to know, how rich people save and keep their money without having to worry about a bank closing its doors? For instance if you have more than $100k in WaMu, and if it closes, you are only guaranteed by the FDIC, for the first $100k, unless you buy additional insurance. Please let me know.
